From 11:00AM- 4:00 PM the Diabetes Coalition of MS will host a conference featuring informative speakers and updates on the DCM latest projects designed to help people living with diabetes.
Join us after the conference for a family Health and Wellness Expo, featuring exhibitors, cooking demonstrations, live music, an obstacle course, and fun and games for the entire family.
